Replacement Parts & Warranty Claims

If you would like to order a replacement part or discover a defect and want to submit a warranty claim, please contact us by email at info@springfree.de. Please send as much information as possible. Invoice, serial numbers for the frame / net / mat, pictures of the damage, as well as a description of the damage are necessary to help you. A team member will get back to you in less than 24 hours (weekdays). We would be grateful if you could pass warranty claims and questions via email as the necessary information’s cannot be transmitted by telephone and are necessary for every answer.
